Startling news broke this week when it was revealed former New England Patriot Aaron Hernandez hung himself inside of his prison cell. It’s often said that secrets come out when someone dies. And they have in a BIG WAY.
Aaron Hernandez committed suicide and left a letter to a male lover. This man is unidentified, but according to investigators, he is now under suicide watch himself. The letter, was one of three letters Hernandez wrote just before killing himself. The other two were to his fiance and daughter.
Hernandez, an attractive, hotheaded athlete, rose to fame in 2010-2012 with a $40 Million dollar contract with the New England Patriots. Having grown up with a dad who pushed and even seemed to force him into athletics, Aaron excelled. But sadly, Aaron’s father died when he was 16 years old and the streets began calling. Drugs, violence, and even gang affiliation crept in. But even so, Hernandez still managed to excel on the field.
But his troubled life finally caught up with him in 2013. Hernandez was convicted of first degree murder in the killing of Odin Lloyd, someone believed to have been a close friend. The murder didn’t seem to have a motive. It’s reported that the victim knew of Hernandez’s bisexuality. Investigators are now looking into it as a possible motive. Hernandez could have silenced him to protect the secret of his sexuality and maintain his career.

Reports now reveal that Hernandez may have had a string of male lovers dating back to high school.

Hernandez’s alleged longtime male lover, the high school friend, was interviewed extensively by authorities after Lloyd’s murder, and was forced to testify in front of a grand jury. Law enforcement officials also say Hernandez moved a large amount of money into three accounts shortly before his arrest for the Lloyd killing: one account was for his fiancée; a second was for his daughter; the third, where the most money was moved, was for that friend.
One of the notes left by Hernandez was to his prison boyfriend, who is now on 24/7 suicide watch, multiple law enforcement sources confirm. Hernandez’s sexuality would, of course, not be relevant save for the fact that an intimate relationship he allegedly had with a male former high school classmate was at the center of the investigation into Lloyd’s murder.
