Army Secretary At San Diego Pride

America’s first openly gay Army Secretary showed his LGBT Pride this weekend in San Diego. Secretary Eric Fanning served as the grand marshal of the San Diego Pride Parade.  As shown in the clip, he and the army showed their LGBT Pride.
